Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle without authorization is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and venturing beyond agreed geographical boundaries without permission are also violations of these terms.
Breaching these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire at Heathrow Airport is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the last 12 months.
